Stress is a common problem among many people – even Jesus was stressed in the garden of Gethsemane before He was arrested. Having stress is a normal part of our earthly life, but where it comes from and how we handle makes a difference. There are many ways to react to stress and sometimes, even Christians resort to remedies that only pile on more anxiety.

What we need is the perspective of the One who said, “My peace I give to you” (John 14:27).
